Click on the hourly button below the planner and the dials will update and tell you how well your plan works compared to your targets for that hour.
In this example there is some overhydration in the first hour and an excess carbohydrate intake in the 5th hour. You could use the gauges to remove and add items to your plan and make sure hourly targets are met as well as the overall targets.
