The fuel score is an overall score of your nutrition plan. A score of 100 means it meet recommendations perfectly. A lower score may mean that you are below or above the recommendations. We recommend a score of 90 or higher. 

Hydration score

The hydration score is an overall score of your hydration. A score of 100 means it meets hydration recommendations perfectly. A lower score may mean that you are below or above the recommendations. We recommend a score of 90 or higher. 

Carb score
