Hydration preference slider
What is it?
There are many different ways to maintain hydration.
You can use water, a sports drink or a combination of the two.
The slider lets you indicate the proportion of each (for example, a 50/50 split) in your plan.
If the slider is all blue, you will get water only in your plan and your carbohydrates will need to come from another source.
Regardless of your actual preference (100% water, 100% sports drink, 50/50% mix), move the slider to some very different position and generate a plan just to see how it differs. As you move to more water, you’ll see other carbohydrate sources show up on your plan. As you move to more sports drink, you’ll see other carbohydrates removed.
